HOT FORGING

A metal is heated to the proper temperature by high-speed electric induction before it is inserted into a metal piece. Bolts are hot forged when the material is too large in diameter or it is not malleable enough.
DRILLING
The important step of making Bolts &Nuts is drilling, Because we have to center drill on bolt for Turing process. ZSA we emphasise greatly on providing our customers the perfect QC process .
CNC MACHINING
The second step of manufacturing is always machining, we in our factory we do 100% on latest Japanese CNC machines which provide 100% accurate and repeated results in manufacturing.
TAPPING
The most important step of making Nuts is always the threads, at ZSA we emphasise greatly on providing our customers the perfect threads which are again controlled in our QC process by Go and NOGO Gauges.

HEAT TREATMENT
In house capacity of 5 MT per day sealed quench heat treatment from DOWA Hi-Temp Japan, with 100% repeatability and accuracy of results charge wise, we control this furnace with SCADA with remote access and monitoring, records remain for 10 years. With a complete metallurgical laboratory working in background as a support system for the heat treatment. We offer more than 170 tons a month in production with heat treatment in sealed quench furnaces.
