Jiangsu ZSA Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 by general manager Mr. Liu, who had previously worked in the special fastener industry beginning in 2005. Initially, he helped customers source European and American custom machined products and nickel-based superalloy fasteners suppliers. Within just a few years, he accumulated a lot of valuable experience. When the company was established, it actively expanded into international markets and established cooperative relationships with many customers in the oil, energy, and gas industries. With good services and high-quality products, Jiangsu ZSA Industry Co. earned the trust of its customers and quickly grew its business. In 2019, Jiangsu ZSA Industry Co., Ltd. was set up.

Production Process

When producing a part, we often need to go through multiple processes to complete it. One critical step among these is Cutting, which provides us with an initial shape. Next, we may use Hot Forging to further shape and strengthen the material. Then, we can use CNC Machining/Milling to precisely machine the part. Following this, we may need to perform Rolling thread/Tapping to add threads or holes to the part. Afterwards, we may need to polish the part to improve its surface finish. Once these processes are complete, we need to perform cleaning and inspection to ensure part quality. Finally, we will mark and pack the part for safe transportation to the customer. All of these steps are crucial to ensure that we produce high-quality and accurate parts.
